Developed the project management timeline for the media library cleanup and DAM transition, coordinating with the DX team and web developers to prepare Sitecore for the new system.
Built and maintained the Digital Experience Optimization Hub — a self-service resource center for stakeholders to access wireframe templates, request components, and follow web governance guidelines.
Led the rebuild of Nuance's email infrastructure in Eloqua — designing new HTML layouts for newsletters and campaigns to improve quality, reduce redundancy, and increase audience engagement.
